AIOps: The Nucleus of a new Digital World

In this session, Muthu started the session by clarifying the difference between AIOps, DataOps and MLOps. She explained some of the reasons why AIOps is trending recently: changing expectations of businesses & customers, demand for reducing the meantime of issue resolutions, demand for increased responsiveness from B2C applications and increasing complexity in the interactions between applications, services and infrastructure.

Besides mentioning the AIOps market potential and who would need AIOps, Muthu also delved into the most common challenges faced while implementing the AIOps around data & analytics, technology & tools and adaptability…and presented one of the approaches to overcome these challenges. Muthu concluded the session by detailing the Ops to AIOps roadmap for organizations across Real-time and Reactive spaces.
