AI-Driven Hyperautomation – The Joint Technology Forces

Raghav set the stage for the session by defining the New Normal where in the organizations went through the high priority initiatives of becoming digital first by embracing AI and RPA to delegate repetitive tasks to the bots. Besides explaining different eras of automation: Industrial Era where machines were supporting humans, Internet Era where machines empowered humans and the recent Digital Era where machines are augmenting humans, he presented the evolution of automation from macros/scripting/rules engine to RPA and to the recent AI & Cognitive Automation.

Raghav touched upon how multiple new & emerging technologies like process mining, analytics, UX/CX, ingestion engine and ML are complementing RPA resulting in the arrival of Hyperautomation….and how this pushed for the consolidation of corresponding tools to enable Hyperautomation.
